We create a plan together responsive to your goals. I provide training, guidance, accountability and daily/weekly practices. To move into a new ways of being, you have to be ready to take the first step. I can help get you there.
We are guided by proven & accessible practices that blend ancient wisdom & modern science.
You will strengthen skills in breathwork & mindfulness, unwrap beliefs & mindsets to supercharge your journey & experience nature connection and consciousness-expanding practices informed by current research in neuroscience.

We start with a minimum 3-month partnership meeting 3 times a month. Nearly every coaching client continues to meet on a monthly basis (1-3 times/month) afterwards.
